The Onepush Services are made up of different services provided through its Website. One of the Onepush Services enables the Client to upload a 3D file to the website and view and add information to it in 3D. Furthermore, the Client can process its 3D construction models to digital building packages and required building information. These products are all digital products and can be made available to the Client through Clients personal Account. If the Client wishes to turn a 3D Model into digital products, the Client is hereby invited to place an order with Onepush and Onepush will process it for the Client at the Client’s direction. In addition, Onepush offers other services and community features through its website including a forum, a blog, tutorials etc. where the Client can get in touch or share its experiences.

Onepush and its affiliates collects and uses your personal data such as your name, company email address and other company info in order to provide you with the Onepush services. When you register on the Website, we ask for your name, company and email address in order to create an account for you.

We also may use your personal data for our internal purposes such as administration of our Website, improving our services, and compliance with our legal obligations..

We do not currently collect financial information, as that information is collected and stored by our third party payment processor. However, we may from time to time request and receive some of your financial information from our payment processor for the purposes of completing transactions you have initiated through the services, protecting against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage our business. In those cases we will use best practices to protect your financial information.
