How it works

Onepush offers the first and only online automated production preparation tool. Our tool can be used by anyone, at any time, no subscription, no software installation. You use our tool to transform a 3D design into a high quality building package. Below we show you the four-step process. You’ll notice it’s pretty straightforward, no training required.

01 Setup

You start by setting up a project. A project consists of one or more 3D models, for which the settings are the same.

Create a free account to access your project dashboard. In your dashboard you can also access project demo’s.

Add a new project and define settings such as grid, reverse frame and stock sizes. From there you can manage all 3D models  related to that project.

To upload, simply drag and drop the 3D CAD files you wish to transform into a building package. We accept any industry standard exchange format.

02 Scan

After uploading, a smart scan is automatically performed on all your project models. You will get a detailed overview of all individual parts as well as the structure as a whole. Issues are spotted and fixed.

Each part is individually checked for irregularities or errors. These are automatically repaired when possible.

Each individual part is analysed to determine if it’s a plate, profile or other type. All found properties are stored as attributes like plate thickness and size, profile type and length. But also more generic properties like area and volume are stored.

In addition to the geometric properties each part is analysed for producibility and their size or length is checked against available stock sizes.

The construction as a whole is analysed based on project settings and relations between the parts. Resulting in individual parts being optimized through plate preferences like; plate markings, marking side and structural type.

03 Customize

Effortlessly check and edit your model, together with colleagues and partners. Take advantage of presets, filters and search functions in our 3D online environment. Get full control over part properties and your building package setup. Solve issues pre-production, to save valuable time and money during production.

Create custom overviews for fast insight in your 3D model using extensive filtering and sorting options for all part and model characteristics.

Perform intuitive checks by colorizing your 3D construction based on specific part data, such as: type, forming info, print sides, material, thickness, etc.

Check and edit all required production data, instantly, in one place. Solve issues such as stock size conflicts or define whether a flange should be cut or made out of flat bar. Change preferences of parts such as material, sub assemblies, overlength, printsides and bevel & chamfer codes.

04 Produce

You’re almost ready to start the automated production. After production you will be notified by email when your building package is ready for download.

Your project is now fully configured and ready for production. Simply click ‘Produce’ and get notified by email when your building package is ready to be downloaded.
